There is no union; there is neither representation nor voice for conservative students.
The mission of The Union of Conservative Students is to change this situation by building a new organisation that allows everyone to have again a voice in politics, a clear structure for conservative societies around the United Kingdom, one organisation that bring people together, new ideas, new opportunities, new friends. All for the shared pursuit of the common good.
Over the years, a small team led by President Jake Whittingham sacrificed many things to bring alive this organisation, their objective was clear: creating a once-in-a-generation opportunity for the Conservative Party to gain mass support amongst university students. This Union, like a building, exists in time and its usefulness is directly related to how well it continues to perform, our mission must be to continue Whittingham’s work.
